At Print2Event, we are committed to delivering your custom products as quickly and accurately as possible. Because many of our products are made-to-order and personalized, production times may vary depending on the item purchased.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2-7 business days after payment has been received and artwork has been approved, when applicable.

Custom, personalized, or large-volume orders may require additional production time. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods

Print2Event partners with trusted shipping carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Priority Shipping

  • Rush Processing (when available)

Shipping transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated by the carrier.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times begin after production is completed if available:

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Custom and Personalized Products

Production for custom products begins once artwork, personalization details, and design approvals have been finalized.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spelling, dates, colors, and customization details before approval.

Print2Event is not responsible for delays resulting from late approval of proofs or changes requested after production has begun.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Number of items ordered

Promotional free shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders and are subject to change without notice.

Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once an order has shipped.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information provided.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Print2Event is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in filing claims and resolving issues whenever possible.

Print2Event reserves the right to determine whether replacement, refund, or store credit is appropriate based on the circumstances.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages due to product availability, production schedules, or fulfillment locations.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise disclosed.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products and destinations.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Print2Event is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
